When the excavator runs abnormally (flooded by water, running in mud for a long time, etc.), the slewing bearing should be maintained: inject the required amount of grease for the slewing bearing for the first time, and then inject half the amount every day for a week. The tooth surface should be cleaned of debris every ten days and coated with grease.

The hydraulic oil maintenance of the rotary motor can be maintained at the same time as the entire hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every 2000 hours. The gear oil of the rotary reducer needs to be replaced once every 1000 hours.
In daily operation, we need to observe the liquid level of the gear oil of the rotary reducer from the dipstick. In some cases, abnormal loss of lubricating oil will be found. We need to open the observation port of the large ring gear (the bottom of the boom cylinder, the grease filling port) , check whether the lubricating oil leaks into the large ring gear cavity through the sealing ring of the rotary reducer.
There are common misunderstandings in the maintenance of slewing bearings. Many people think that the interval between buttering the slewing bearing is the same as that of the upper and lower arms, and it needs to be rubbed every day. In fact, doing so has a bad effect, because the lubrication cycle is too short, and there will be too much butter in the bearing, which will break the dust ring and leak out.
Leakage means that impurities will enter the inside of the bearing, causing abnormal wear of the bearing and abnormal operation. According to the maintenance standard, the lubricating interval of the slewing bearing is 250 hours. The excavator should be rotated while buttering, and the butter should be added every 15 degrees.The rotating large turntable part includes the rotating large ring gear, reducer and other components. Usually, when we open the observation hole at the bottom of the boom cylinder, we can observe the lubrication and wear of the large ring gear cavity. With the use of the machine, the dustproof ring of the rotating gear ring will be aging. If it rains, the rainwater will seep into the large ring gear cavity along the leakage of the rotating gear ring, causing the turntable to accumulate water.
Because the butter in the cavity is diluted by water, the lubricating effect is not up to the standard, which will aggravate the wear of the ring gear. In addition, long-term soaking will cause rust and peeling on the ring gear, which will eventually lead to abnormal rotation. The most serious is the ring gear. invalid.
The slewing bearing needs to be lubricated in the following cases:
1) After each cleaning, such as after spraying water or washing with washing equipment (steam jets or high-pressure cleaners are prohibited), etc.
